Aurora Web Support - Enhancement requests, issues and questions will soon be able to be logged online

AIT is currently trialling an Aurora web support site with Mackay Regional Council and we expect to be making this web site available to all customers in the near future.  Enhancement requests, issues and questions will be able to be logged and each date stamped item will then be able to be tracked until completed.  This is a big step forward as it will allow a centralised view and minimise duplication and information dissemination.
